~Here comes this year's January sowing in varieties~ Several of you have heard from you and want me to share what I sow but also which varieties, so here it is. Paprika: My absolute favorite and which has given me lots of harvest is the variety California Wonder, I grow it in the greenhouse both in a pot and directly in the ground in the colors red and yellow. A new variety that I will try for the first time is the F1 Estilo bell pepper. I've heard a lot about it and will be excited to try it! Chili: I grew Bishop's crown last year and it produced lots of fruits that are not that super strong. It will be again this year. Habanero chocolate is a variety for those of you who like stronger chilies! Perfect for cooking with heat. I grow all the chilies in the greenhouse. Chili de cayenne is also a mild variety that yields abundantly and is perfect for drying for storage. Havana pepper numex suave orange becomes a new variety. I think it will be fun with another color đ Eggplant: Black beauty has clearly given the most harvest and is the obvious choice when I grow eggplant, I grow them in pots in the greenhouse. This is because aubergine easily gets pests, so when that happens, it is easy to quickly move the plants out. Artichoke: Green globe and Vert de Provence are two varieties that I planted before and was happy with. I have tried growing these both outdoors and in the greenhouse but have only succeeded in getting fruit in the greenhouse. Eucalyptus: Cinera and Baby blue produce many plants. Love having these in bouquets and hope to be able to use these for this summer's wedding đ„° a novelty that I will also try to grow this year is Buxwood.
